As a Finance Business Partner (FBP) - New Business & Product Development - you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our strategy.

We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role is crucial in driving our strategic expansion, focusing on the financial viability of new business models, product launches, and using market intelligence information to support decision making.

About the opportunity:

• Develop comprehensive financial models for potential new business initiatives and product launches, including revenue projections, cost analysis, profitability assessments, and ROI calculations.
• Market Intelligence Analysis: Analyze market data, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks, providing actionable financial insights for strategic planning.
• Prepare detailed financial business cases to support investment decisions for new ventures and product innovations, presenting findings to senior management.
• Monitor the financial performance of new businesses and product launches against projections, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather necessary data and ensure financial alignment with business goals.
• Key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation.
• Participate in Finance Enterprise Partner communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets

• Strong analytical skills and data driven decision maker

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• MBA or Master degree is recommended
• Previous solid experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong background in financial modeling and business case development.
• Advanced knowledge in excel
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Desirable Spanish language
• Solid accounting knowledge
