Overview

As part of our 16-person Sales Engineering team based in Switzerland, you handle technical and commercial inquiries for complex isolator projects. You work closely with various departments to clarify technical specifications, create system configurations, and prepare quotations for our field sales team.

Your focus lies in supporting our Brazilian sales unit: you act as the central point of contact for technical coordination, bridging customer needs with internal expertise. You also contribute to smooth project execution and after-sales support through clear and structured communication across cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Technical clarification, configuration, and quotation of isolator systems for Brazilian customers
  • Close coordination with internal engineering, project management, and service departments
  • Technical support of Brazilian sales representatives during the pre-sales and offer phase
  • Participation in trade fairs and customer meetings in Brazil (occasional travel required)
  • Maintenance and development of sales tools, calculations, and technical documentation
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in pharmaceutical, chemical, mechanical, or process engineering; business background is a plus
  • Experience in technical sales or project support, ideally within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • Previous work experience in Switzerland or in collaboration with Swiss-based teams is considered an asset, as it supports alignment with internal processes and communication structures
  • Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel); Power BI knowledge for reporting is a plus
  • Experience with SAP ERP and CRM systems (preferably SAP C4C) is an advantage
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (including technical vocabulary), very good English skills; German is a plus
