Highlights- St. Luke's Division of Pediatric Nephrology is the only pediatric nephrology program in the Lehigh Valley.
- In partnership with DaVita Dialysis, the division offers the only pediatric dialysis (PD and HD) services in the region. Rounding on outpatient dialysis patients is required. These modalities are also available for patients in our PICU and inpatient pediatric unit.
- In 2023, St. Luke's announced the establishment of St. Luke's Children's Hospital at the Bethlehem Campus and is a member of the Children's Hospital Association.
- St. Luke's Children's Hospital and the Department of Pediatrics include inpatient, neonatal, emergency medicine, specialty and primary care providers across multiple locations, with a robust base of family practice providers in the service area.
- St. Luke's Children's Hospital features a newly renovated 17-bed Inpatient Pediatric Unit and an 8-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- The Pediatric Emergency Department is a 6-bed unit, expanding to 11 beds upon project completion.
- Departmented by a growing team of pediatric specialists across 40 specialty areas and located at St. Luke's Pediatric Specialty Center, the region's only freestanding building dedicated to pediatrics.
- The pediatric nephrology practice is expanding due to a strong referral network from pediatric and family practice offices.
- Growing OB department with nearly 5,000 deliveries per year.
- Robust 12-hospital network serving a diverse geographic area with emergency care for over 320,000 patients annually.
- Provide pediatric nephrology clinical care as part of a growing team.
- Rounding on outpatient dialysis patients (PD and HD) and collaboration with dialysis services; care for inpatients, PICU, and NICU as applicable.
- Participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and strategic development opportunities.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Nephrology.
