Responsibilities

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, will join Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network in late fall 2025. This new 144-bed behavioral health facility will serve seniors, adults, and adolescents with high-quality care.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO for this facility (not a corporate role). This position offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC systems.

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and key staff with clerical, reporting, administrative duties, and credentialing.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Six years of related experience, including three years supporting directors or higher.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Experience in healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the CEO and key staff, including correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
  2. Assist the CEO with tasks, anticipate needs, and respond proactively.
  3. Coordinate with Directors, Managers, and organizational staff; keep the CEO informed.
  4. Manage meeting notifications, agendas, and hospital-wide event calendar.
  5. Attend meetings, record and transcribe minutes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitor follow-up actions.
  6. Assist with meeting preparations and accreditation projects such as JCAHO and ASMA.
  7. Prepare documents using spreadsheets, Word, and presentation software.
  8. Arrange travel for the CEO and staff as needed.
  9. Maintain contract and CME files, ensuring accuracy and currency.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
