We\'re Hiring: Site Managers – Interior Fit-Out Experts for High-End Projects in KSA & UAE

ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.

ALEC FITOUT is seeking a Site Manager who will lead the execution of fit-out works on-site from planning and progress monitoring to quality assurance, HSE compliance, and subcontractor coordination. You\'ll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of luxury interiors in collaboration with project stakeholders.

  • Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.

Your Role:

  • Lead the on-site execution of interior fit-out works from start to handover.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Oversee daily site activities, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation.
  • Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture.

What You\'ll Need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years\' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
  • Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills on fast-paced interior sites.
  • Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
