RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support a team responsible for billing operations in both Brazil and the United States.
  2. Oversee new projects, and develop solutions and improvements.
  3. Monitor internal accounting and audit teams to ensure the proper closing of billing orders for external clients.
  4. Track customer transactions to ensure proper entries or adjustments in the company's ERP systems.
  5. Follow up on commission processes and promotional campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

  1. Hands-on & Proactivity (attitude is a must)
  2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.
  3. Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts.
  4. Hands-on profile for closing turnover periods.
  5. Strong results orientation and deadline compliance.
  6. Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Proactive and autonomous in task execution.
  9. Advanced Excel skills;
  10. Experience with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar.
  11. Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);

NICE TO HAVE:

  1. Organizational skills;
  2. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  3. Autonomy and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines;
  4. Resilience to work in a dynamic environment;
  5. Fast learner with a dynamic personality.
