Senior Software Engineer

The AI-Centric Engineering unit is a fast-paced and exhilarating part of the Dell Technologies Office of the CTO. We focus on research and engineering for the future of Dell Technologies in a high-visibility and high-collaboration environment. Our team specializes in developing advanced generative AI solutions that empower businesses to innovate, communicate, and optimize operations in unprecedented ways. What you'll achieve

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop sophisticated systems and software based on customer's business goals, needs, and environment, creating innovative software solutions.

You will:
  • Collaborate with other engineers as part of a cross-functional team and interact with product management and leadership to influence decisions and share your work.
  • Contribute insights, create proofs of concept, and develop products to test new technologies.
  • Explore various technologies across multiple projects, continuously expanding your skills and knowledge.

  • Testing Methodologies: Good understanding and experience with TDD, including Unit Testing, Test Automation, and Performance Testing.
  • Extreme Programming (XP): Experience in XP practices.
  • DevOps and CI/CD: Experience with DevOps, CI/CD platforms, and tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Apache Airflow.
  • AI and Communication Skills: Interest in AI solutions and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in software development, architecture, or applied research.
