Job Description

  • Evaluate existing production methods to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement improved production systems, incorporating new technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure that antennas meet industry standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and production managers to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, including analysis and optimization of production processes.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficiency in process engineering software.
  • Familiarity with CAD and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and implementation of best practices.
