Main responsibilities
  • Desenvolver e implementar soluções de análise de dados avançadas para resolver problemas complexos de negócios;
  • Criar dashboards para fornecer insights estratégicos a líderes e tomadores de decisão;
  • Coordenar e colaborar com equipes de TI, analistas de negócios e especialistas funcionais para entender requisitos, definir escopo de projeto e entregar soluções de dados de alta qualidade;
  • Automatizar processos de extração, transformação e carregamento (ETL) de dados, garantindo a integridade, confiabilidade e disponibilidade das informações;
  • Projetar e implementar arquiteturas de dados eficientes, escaláveis e seguras, utilizando ferramentas e tecnologias de ponta;
  • Monitorar e avaliar o desempenho das soluções de análise de dados, propondo melhorias contínuas.
Requirements and skills
  • Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência solida em Analise de Dados ou Engenheiro de Dados;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em linguagens de programação (Python, R, SQL) e ferramentas de análise de dados (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik);
  • Familiaridade com métodos de aprendizado de máquina, modelagem preditiva e análise de big data;
  • Habilidades em análise crítica, resolução de problemas e comunicação eficaz;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e boas práticas de engenharia de software;
  • Fluência em inglês (leitura, escrita e conversação);
  • Experiência em projetos de transformação digital e Data Governance;
  • Conhecimento em arquiteturas de nuvem (AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Certificações relevantes em análise de dados, engenharia de dados ou ciência de dados.
