Descrição

  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de compras para a categoria de metais/aço;
  • Negociar contratos e acordos de longo prazo com fornecedores locais e globais;
  • Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e otimização do supply chain;
  • Gerenciar relacionamentos com fornecedores para garantir qualidade e eficiência;
  • Monitorar o mercado de metais para antecipar riscos e oportunidades.

Perfil desejável

  • Experiência comprovada em compras de metais, especialmente aço, para a indústria automotiva;
  • Conhecimento em processos de fabricação metálica, como estampagem e fundição;
  • Forte habilidade em negociação com fornecedores de metais, focando em TCO (Total Cost of Ownership);
  • Vivência em sistemistas, autopeças ou fornecedores Tier 1 para o setor automotivo;
  • Histórico de gestão de contratos e desenvolvimento de fornecedores na categoria de metais.
