Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Owner / Líder Técnico para atuar em projetos estratégicos de Dados & Analytics, garantindo o alinhamento entre prioridades de negócio e execução técnica.

Responsibilities
  • Atuar como ponte entre áreas de negócio e squad técnica, traduzindo requisitos em entregas viáveis.
  • Priorizar demandas e gerenciar backlog do projeto.
  • Conduzir cerimônias ágeis (planning, daily, review, retrospective).
  • Apoiar na definição de arquitetura e soluções junto a engenheiros e arquitetos de dados.
  • Garantir qualidade, segurança e compliance no uso dos dados.
  • Antecipar riscos e propor soluções estratégicas alinhadas ao negócio.
Qualifications

Requisitos e Qualificações :

  • Experiência como Product Owner, Líder Técnico ou Analista de Negócio em projetos de dados ou BI.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiaridade com arquitetura de dados, pipelines, ETL / ELT e ambientes como Databricks.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de BI self-service (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Conhecimento em cloud computing (Azure, AWS ou GCP).
  • Graduação em TI, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Diferenciais :

  • Certificação CSPO ou equivalente.
  • Certificações em Agile, Lean, BI, Analytics, Data Governance ou Cloud.
  • Experiência em coordenação de squads técnicas em projetos complexos.

Soft Skills :

  • Comunicação clara e objetiva.
  • Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica.
  • Habilidade de liderança sem autoridade formal.
  • Proatividade, adaptabilidade e foco em resultados.
