Overview:

Our US-based client is seeking a Data Specialist with a sales background to support its growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, Notion, and dashboard creation while focusing on internal communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze sales data and create insightful reports.
  2. Develop and maintain Notion dashboards for internal tracking and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and sales strategies.
  4. No client interaction is required; the focus is on internal communication and data management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
  2. Proficiency in Notion, specifically in building and managing dashboards.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent internal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience with outbound strategies and sales data analysis tools.
  2. Motivated, career-oriented with an interest in growth opportunities.
