The AI Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that support the organization's AI strategy. This role involves working directly with strategic customers on critical projects to help transform their businesses through effective AI and ML solutions.

The AI Architect will provide management, consulting, and technical expertise, collaborating with key technical leaders to deploy AI and ML solutions that meet customer requirements and adhere to best practices. This position is crucial in defining our stance in the Technology market and highly influential in shaping our clients' AI strategies, including working with GenAI technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Business/Product Owners to address their business questions by employing AI and ML solutions.
  • Assist teams in managing and implementing AI and ML projects.
  • Collaborate with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of cloud-based AI solutions.
  • Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of cloud-based AI and ML solutions according to customer requirements and implementation best practices.
  • Lead technical projects, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordination of supporting technical resources.
  • Influence clients' AI strategies by providing expert guidance on best practices and innovative AI and ML solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous working experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Machine Learning Architect, or another related technical leading role.
  • Ability to create, organize, and orchestrate ML and MLOps pipelines in a production environment.
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Experience delivering end-to-end machine learning projects with tabular data.
  • Proficiency in working with modern Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini and OpenAI, and applying techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and fine-tuning.
  • Experience implementing LLMs productively, based on best practices in a governed and monitored structure.
  • Proficiency in writing code in a common development language, preferably Python.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think and understand complex business requirements and render them as prototype systems with quick turnaround time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a cloud environment (Google Cloud is a plus).
  • Previous experience with GCP data products, mainly Vertex AI and BigQuery.
  • Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies, such as Agile Methodologies and DevOps.
  • Savvy at extracting knowledge from data.
