We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions in our Skilled Nursing Center.

Sign-on bonus of up to $2000 for qualified LPN candidates

Requirements include being vaccinated against Covid-19 in accordance with PA healthcare provider regulations, current PA LPN licensure, and CPR certification (or must acquire within 90 days of employment). Prior experience in acute care or short-term rehab is preferred.

Responsibilities involve promoting residents' physical and mental health, coordinating medical services, supervising CNAs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
