Position Overview
We are seeking a Director of Wholesale & Sales Support Manager to lead and manage a rapidly expanding direct-to-store sales platform. This role functions as the central hub—our "mission control center"—for sales operations, supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), distribution directors, and field sales representatives.

This is a fully remote role, though the candidate should be available to work primarily on or close to Pacific Time hours to ensure strong alignment with the executive team and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the direct-to-store wholesale sales platform.
  • Conduct sales outreach and promptly respond to retail and wholesale inquiries.
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to distribution directors.
  • Accurately process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely follow-up with retail accounts.
  • Support retail stores with order fulfillment, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point for distribution directors and field sales support.
  • Deliver regular sales reporting, forecasts, and progress updates to the CRO.
  • Collaborate with the CRO to set and achieve sales growth targets.
  • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and reporting decks for leadership.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with retail partners, distributors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support, wholesale management, or CPG operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Shopify.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; patient, professional, and team-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and assertive with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in retail account management, order processing, and logistics tracking
  • Availability to work largely within Pacific Time hours is required.

This is a remote position. Only US based candidates will be considered.
