Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry — role at Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers, with about 30,000 engineers needed by 2030 according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Currently ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. This role involves helping engineers move to Sweden and informing them about the benefits of living and working there.

Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and a lot of engineers are needed. We fix relocation logistics for our employees (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).

Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues across multiple countries, and you will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.

Our clients operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. • Find engineers who are ready to move to Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.
• Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
• Coordinate with global and local teams to support relocation logistics (visa, work permits, travel, housing).
• Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries.
• Identify recruitment needs and close recruitment requests with a high level of service and professionalism.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
• Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
• Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
• Upper intermediate English.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
• Self-confident, sociable, and motivated with a positive attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
• Resilient, able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work.
• Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.

• Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
• Remuneration: Starting from 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
• Benefits: 20 paid vacation days; paid travel, housing, and per diem; free national holidays with maintained payment.
• Contract: Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
• Work schedule: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
