Senior Ruby on Rails Developer - Backend Focus

We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer with strong backend expertise to join an international team working on an educational platform connecting families with providers.

Compensation

Base pay range: $72,000.00/yr - $102,000.00/yr. Actual pay depends on skills and experience.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional development experience
  • Leadership experience in projects or teams, preferably in e-commerce or digital products
  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails
  • Basic frontend knowledge; hands-on experience is a plus
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Residency in Argentina
Technical Stack
  • Languages: Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, React (partial)
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Methodology: Agile
  • Infrastructure: Transitioning to AWS
