The professional will be responsible for supervising the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Datasul ERP and related subsystems, including Finance, Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain. The Specialist will also manage suppliers, ensuring governance and maintaining communication flow among stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

1. ERP Implementation and Customization:
   • Lead the implementation of Datasul ERP solutions across various modules (Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing), ensuring alignment with global processes.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and customize Datasul ERP according to business needs.
   • Supervise system configuration, testing, and deployment across different units, ensuring performance optimization and alignment with business objectives.
   • Drive process improvements using Datasul ERP capabilities, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
2. Supplier Coordination and Management:
   • Serve as the main point of contact for external Datasul ERP suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
   • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and agreements with suppliers.
   • Work with suppliers on software updates and new functionalities, ensuring timely implementation of the latest updates.
3. Governance:
   • Establish and enforce best practices for Datasul ERP use within the organization, ensuring consistent standards in development, deployment, and maintenance.
   • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to ERP system use and security.
   • Conduct regular ERP audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
   • Set up and maintain procedures for change management and protocol reviews related to ERP modifications.
4. Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
   • Identify opportunities for process and functionality optimization within the ERP.
   • Stay informed about market trends related to Datasul ERP and other solutions, acting as a consultant for best practices and innovation.
   • Analyze user feedback, system performance, and user experience to drive continuous ERP improvement.

• Complete higher education in Information Technology, Technological Sciences, or related areas.
• Experience in ERP implementations, support, and/or consulting for Datasul ERP.
• Strong technical knowledge of Datasul ERP architecture, modules (Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing), and system integration.
• Familiarity with development, customization, and integrations of ERP (API, third-party tools), Datasul Fluig platform, and Totvs GFE.
• Advanced/fluent English proficiency.

• Specialization in the field is desirable.
