Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend-oriented)

Desde Workana estamos buscando un/a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend-oriented) para sumarse al equipo core de tecnología de una plataforma de banca privada de activos digitales del futuro. Ofrecen los mismos servicios financieros que la banca tradicional, pero apalancados en activos digitales y con los beneficios únicos que brinda la tecnología blockchain.

Descripción del rol

Estamos buscando un perfil con fuerte dominio en backend y autonomía en frontend, capaz de participar en decisiones arquitectónicas y en la implementación de features end-to-end. Buscamos a alguien con experiencia en productos robustos, visión técnica y capacidad para resolver problemas complejos con impacto real.

Requisitos (Backend - foco principal):
  • +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend, participando en diseño de sistemas y arquitectura
  • +2 años trabajando con APIs REST y/o gRPC
  • Dominio avanzado de PostgreSQL (diseño de esquemas, optimización de queries, manejo de grandes volúmenes)
  • Experiencia previa con Go (Golang)
  • Experiencia comprobada en AWS serverless: Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch
  • Buen manejo de conceptos de sistemas operativos (procesos, threads, locks, contenedores, etc)
Requisitos (Frontend - autonomía comprobada):
  • +3 años desarrollando interfaces web con JavaScript moderno (ES6+)
  • Experiencia con React (preferido) o Vue
  • Desarrollo de UI responsive, buenas prácticas de UX/UI y consumo eficiente de APIs
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de testing frontend: Jest, Testing Library o Cypress
  • Buen criterio para manejo de errores, performance y comportamiento en interfaces complejas
Tecnologías valoradas:
  • Golang en proyectos reales (o disposición fuerte a adoptarlo)
  • React y su ecosistema
  • PostgreSQL avanzado
  • AWS stack (especialmente Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
Extras que suman:
  • Título en informática o afines (UBA, ITBA, UTN, etc)
  • Experiencia en fintechs, productos digitales o plataformas de alta disponibilidad
  • Participación en proyectos open source o comunidades técnicas
Condiciones contractuales
  • Modalidad: 100% remoto
  • Tipo de contrato: Contractor vía Workana
  • Jornada: Full-time
  • Duración: 12 meses (proyecto a largo plazo)
  • Compensación: hasta USD 4.000 mensuales

  • Entrevista general para conocerte, entender tus intereses y alinear expectativas
  • Entrevista técnica con el CTO del cliente (experiencia técnica y arquitectónica)
