The NIQ GFK Consultant team manages relationships with key recurring clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value. We are seeking a motivated and curious Junior Analyst to join our team, develop market expertise, ensure quality analyses and recommendations, identify client needs, and contribute to sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in regional rollout and user support for the GfKnewron platform.
- Help deliver basic training sessions to internal teams and clients under guidance from senior staff.
- Support clients in understanding panel data and KPIs.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with GfK tools and reports.
- Learn about market trends, brand performance, and distribution channels in Tech & Durables.
- Prepare presentations and reports based on client briefs under supervision.
- Participate in innovation and growth initiatives across Latin America.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other teams to understand client needs.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career professional in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Desirable experience in consulting and market research solutions.
- Strong interest in data, market research, and consumer behavior.
- Interest in Tech & Durables markets and products.
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, client-focused approach.
- Proactive engagement with multidisciplinary teams.
- Open-minded, team-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude.
