We're seeking a skilled and motivated Creative Designer that blends creative ownership with team collaboration. This position supports our Senior Executive Art Director while also owning independent design projects across a range of high-end client accounts and projects—from website designs, brand identity, and digital ad assets. If you're excited to balance hands-on execution with conceptual input and want to grow in a fast-paced agency environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative assets across digital and print formats, including display banners, social ads, email campaigns, presentations, branding materials, and more
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Art Director, copywriters, and account teams to bring strategic, on-brand concepts to life
  • Familiarize yourself with client brands, competitors, and target audiences to ensure effective communication and design alignment
  • Design engaging UI layouts and website mockups that balance aesthetics with usability and digital best practices
  • UI/UX design (especially with Adobe XD or Figma)
  • Occasionally liaise with clients and vendors, communicating creative ideas and revising designs based on feedback
  • Proof and QC your own work, ensuring everything delivered is client-ready
  • Support basic production and resizing tasks
  • Keep design files neat and well-organized for easy team access
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure, without sacrificing quality or detail
  • Comfortable handling challenging situations or feedback in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, digital platforms, and industry innovations, including IT & digital tech
  • Participate in brainstorms, concept development, and new business pitches

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus):

  • Video editing and motion graphics experience
  • Experience with Basecamp (PM tool) and Everhour (time tracking)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a design/agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (not required but preferred)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CS5 and up) plus familiar with Mac
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback and iterate designs quickly
  • Passion for design and visual storytelling
