We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. Role context and responsibilities

This role focuses on Hiring, talent operations, and administrative processes within a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, coordinating HR tasks, and contributing to process improvements with autonomy.

What you need to apply

Must-haves:

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergratuated degree
  • Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
Contract and benefits
  • As Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)
