Overview

Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT Industry – role at Nexer Telescope. The position involves helping engineers relocate to Sweden, supported by a global recruiting team and Swedish delivery management to handle relocation logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage engineers in the IT sector who are open to moving to Sweden.
  • Build trust with candidates and inform them about benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.
  • Support candidates throughout the relocation process to ensure a smooth transition and successful placement.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude toward challenges.
Employment details
  • Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur (minimum 12 months).
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.
  • Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, and paid travel/housing per diem.
