Dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique en intelligence artificielle pour une grande manufacture horlogère, nous recrutons un(e) AI Project Owner / Data Scientist (H/F) afin de piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie de projets IA, de la conception à la mise en œuvre, et d'assurer leur succès opérationnel et métier.

Rôle et responsabilités
  • Définition et planification : analyser les besoins métiers, rédiger des spécifications techniques claires, établir une roadmap avec objectifs, ressources, délais et KPI.
  • Gestion de projet : coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires (Data Scientists, experts IT, métiers…), assurer le suivi des tâches, respecter les délais et gérer les risques.
  • Expertise IA : maîtriser les concepts clés (machine learning, deep learning, NLP), utiliser les principales librairies Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), accompagner le debugging et contribuer au développement de solutions.
  • Communication et collaboration : être l'interlocuteur privilégié des parties prenantes, animer des ateliers de conception et présenter les résultats de façon claire et impactante.
Compétences requises
  • Excellente maîtrise de Python et des librairies IA (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn…).
  • Bonne connaissance des architectures cloud (GCP, AWS) et des outils collaboratifs (GitLab, Jira, Confluence).
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IA, idéalement avec un background Data Science.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
Profil recherché
  • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master (Bac+5) en informatique, data science, IA ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets IA, avec une première expérience réussie comme Data Scientist
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer autour d'un projet
  • Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale
  • Curiosité, dynamisme, rigueur et passion pour l'innovation
  • Poste basé en Suisse
