Neo Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Portuguese speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Portuguese -speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese through calls, chats & emails
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management

Requirements
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them)
  • Having an experience with crypto is huge plus
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night. Ability to work 5 days a week(including weekends)
