We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the modernization of our enterprise mobile applications serving thousands of legal professionals worldwide. As Senior Mobile Engineer you'll spearhead the technical transformation of our iOS and Android platforms while maintaining the robust security and compliance features our enterprise customers rely on.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

Technical Leadership

Architect and execute the migration from legacy technologies to modern mobile development practices.

Drive iOS evolution from Objective-C to Swift with SwiftUI, implementing modern iOS 17+ features.

Lead Android modernization from Java to Kotlin.

Establish modern build systems (e.g. Swift Package Manager for iOS, updated Gradle for Android).

Implement contemporary architecture patterns (MVVM, dependency injection, navigation components).

Enterprise Mobile Development

Maintain and enhance multiple MDM (Mobile Device Management) implementations for enterprise security.

Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise authentication and compliance systems.

Develop and maintain file provider extensions, document picker interfaces, and inter-app communication.

Work with enterprise-grade security frameworks and compliance requirements.

Platform Modernization

Migrate dependency management to current standards while maintaining feature parity.

Integrate modern platform capabilities (App Intents, Widgets, Live Activities on iOS; predictive navigation, themed icons on Android).

Establish robust testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate on design system integration aligned with our Atticus web platform.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ Years of experience in mobile development with significant iOS and Android expertise.

3+ Years of experience working with Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.

Proven track record migrating large-scale applications from legacy to modern frameworks.

Strong understanding of enterprise mobile security, MDM solutions, and compliance frameworks.

Experience with modern build systems, dependency management, and CI/CD practices.

Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams.

Strong collaboration skills with product management and quality engineering.

Experience working with MVVM, dependency injection and reactive programming patterns.

Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
