Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP BTP ABAP Senior with strong expertise in RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), and finance-related processes. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize SAP Business Technology Platform applications that integrate seamlessly with financial systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

SAP BTP ABAP Senior Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP BTP applications using ABAP, RAP, and CAP frameworks.
  • Integrate solutions with SAP finance modules (FI, CO, Treasury) to optimize workflows.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP development best practices, security, and performance standards.
  • Conduct unit testing, support integration testing, and provide go-live/post-go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SAP BTP applications.
  • Prepare technical documentation for ongoing support and future enhancements.
  • Keep up to date with emerging SAP BTP technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications For SAP BTP ABAP Senior
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Proven expertise in SAP BTP, RAP, and CAP frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of finance-related business processes and SAP S/4HANA integration.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in distributed, cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications For SAP BTP ABAP Senior
  • Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and SAP Cloud SDK.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes.
  • Experience in multicultural and international teams.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization for SAP cloud-based solutions.
