Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers, and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality, and ethically made products to consumers. Our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise daily to safeguard products used in homes—from clothes and footwear to toys, electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Job Description

As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll report to an Operations Manager and work as part of our Operations team. Your role involves:

  • Checking email daily for inspection documents and guidelines;
  • Attending inspections on time and communicating professionally with suppliers;
  • Performing merchandise inspections according to company procedures and supervising container stuffing;
  • Filling out inspection reports according to procedures and timelines.
Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in quality management, especially in softlines, garments, textiles, or footwear (2+ years);
  • Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written);
  • Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.
