Digital Product Owner

At CPA SAP & Business Administration - SC HR Americas you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large, by delivering exceptional solutions and services.

As our next DPO, you will have responsibility for team's performance and deliverables. You are accountable for managing and optimizing the IT services delivered within your scope and to drive standardization and ensure consistency.

You are responsible for delivering the solutions, work with life-cycle management and secure the deliveries to the Brazil's Human Resources and Legal & Compliance local capabilities, target map and be lead the interface with global products and projects. You like to interact with stakeholders and join dialogues in subjects like digitalization, quality & security, and agile software development. You will manage the backlog presented by DPMs (Digital Product Manager) and all runtime activities.

• Cross collaborates on setting the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business owners and Digital Product Managers.
  
• Ensure user-centric mindset, increasing and improving usage of your products and supporting key-users.
  
• Apply Agile methodologies upon leading significant initiatives, collaborating with DPOs, DPAOs, and DPMs to plan and execute strategies.
  
• Drive end-to-end scope execution across your and global teams, forging new opportunities for value creation.
  
• Nurture a psychologically safe environment where all opinions are heard, leveraging collective intelligence for excellence.
  
• Navigate ambiguity, taking responsibility beyond your primary assignments when necessary.
  
• Embrace constant change, demonstrating resilience to enhance the maturity of our team.
  
• Previous experience working with HR Capabilities and Systems (Senior, Success Factors, RM Labore) is a plus.
