Formação
  • Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou Dados, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Software ou Dados, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas
Conhecimentos Específicos e Habilidades
  • Experiência com implantação de ferramentas de atendimento ao cliente, incluindo configuração de flows e roteamento de chamadas
  • Conhecimento de lógica de atendimento, jornadas de cliente e boas práticas de contact center
  • Capacidade analítica para entender KPIs de atendimento e propor ajustes técnicos
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Desejável experiência com soluções de bots, URAs inteligentes e integrações via API
Responsabilidades
  • Configurar e manter ambientes Amazon Connect, incluindo roteamento de chamadas, filas, agentes, contact flows e integrações com sistemas externos
  • Participar da definição de jornadas de atendimento e fluxos de comunicação com foco em usabilidade e performance
  • Implementar e suportar canais de atendimento como voz, chat, e-mail e WhatsApp (via conectores e APIs)
  • Apoiar integrações com serviços como Amazon Lex (bots de voz/texto), Lambda, DynamoDB, Amazon Q e soluções externas (CRM, ITSM etc)
  • Monitorar indicadores de qualidade do atendimento e propor melhorias contínuas nos fluxos e configurações da plataforma
  • Criar documentação técnica dos contact flows, URAs, estratégias de fallback e scripts de automação
  • Colaborar com arquitetos de soluções, times de DevOps e equipes de atendimento para garantir a estabilidade e eficiência da operação
  • Contribuir para a personalização da experiência do cliente com base nos recursos nativos e avançados do Amazon Connect
