Job Overview

Monitors the execution of shipments, manages orders and shortages, supports logistics, and meets or exceeds desired service levels and inventory targets.

What You Will Do
  • Support the execution of MRP routines
  • Plan and control production, guiding the team on volumes, deadlines, and items to be produced
  • Create and monitor production schedules, analyzing deviations
  • Issue manufacturing orders based on customer orders and sales forecasts
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing team for production sequencing
  • Provide material availability forecasts for Customer Service
  • Monitor the execution of manufacturing orders
  • Control inventory levels and delivery times of finished goods
  • Ensure performance indicators are met and implement improvements
  • Recommend stock policies based on demand and supply profiles
  • Analyze and take actions to eliminate or reduce material obsolescence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields
  • Intermediate English for conversation (desirable)
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry (desirable)
  • Solid experience in planning, scheduling, and production control
  • Knowledge in SAP – modules PP and MM
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Power BI experience is a plus
  • Availability to work onsite in Bragança Paulista - SP
