Job Summary

This position is a motion design role focused on creating brand and campaign animations across multiple formats. We're looking for someone focused on creating sophisticated, purposeful animations for campaigns, brands, and products, blending hands-on animation with system-building, collaborating across creative and technical teams to deliver polished, scalable content. It calls for both - storytelling finesse and curiosity for emerging tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

This is a short-term project, about 2 months.

• Create storyboards, styleframes, and motion studies to convey animation intent.
• Design and animate brand-aligned content across diverse formats (films, product animations, social videos, templates, digital experiences).
• Collaborate with art directors, UX designers, developers, and strategists to align motion with creative and product goals.
• Build and maintain scalable motion design systems and toolkits for consistent, efficient output.
• Organize project files and workflows for repeatability, iteration, and collaboration.
• Explore and apply emerging tools (e.g., generative and automation-assisted design) to improve workflows.
• Provide animation expertise from concept through QA.
• Mentor junior designers to promote skill growth and craft excellence.
• Stay updated on new tools, formats, and platform standards, sharing insights with the team.
• Focus mainly on brand and campaign motion design, with minimal product/UI animation work.
  
  

Qualifications And Job Requirements

• Professional motion design experience in agencies, studios, or content-driven brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and product storytelling in motion, plus process work.
• Advanced skills in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Skilled in cross-disciplinary collaboration with creatives and developers.
• Strong detail orientation, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects quickly.
• Clear communicator, confident in presenting work to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows and optimization for various formats.
• Delivers motion work with nuance, rhythm, and high craft standards.
• Builds scalable motion frameworks for consistent, quality output.
• Reliable problem-solver with strong creative instincts.
• Inspires and mentors team members through knowledge-sharing.
• 5–10 years' experience, though strong mid-level talent is also welcome.
