We are seeking a talented Vendedor III to join our team in Luis Eduardo Magalhães, BA.

Job Summary

Assist customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing. Execute, assist, and improve selected activities under limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, qualify leads, and direct contacts to sales professionals.
  • Prepare quotes for simple to complex jobs by collecting technical data, presenting to clients, and processing times.
  • Participate in customer visits and events, making decisions where procedures are not clearly defined.
  • Receive and process orders, issue confirmations, invoices, and shipping notices.
  • Inform customers about order status, stock levels, and identify issues.
  • Resolve customer problems and involve others as needed, including post-sale support.
  • Periodically analyze stock levels, take actions, and create orders if necessary.
  • Actively assist all branch staff in selling products to retail customers at various task levels.

  • Understanding customer needs: Use diagnostic questions and research to develop tailored solutions.
  • Valuing diversity: Recognize the value of different perspectives and cultures.

Education, Certifications, and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
  • Relevant work experience or specialized skills through education or training.

Unique Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolio and develop new clients.
  • Send quotes, process orders, register clients, and enter orders.
  • Meet sales objectives.
  • Visit external clients.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in external sales.
  • Experience in the automotive sector, preferably in engine parts.
  • Valid and active CNH B license.

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of combustion engine parts, preferably diesel.
  • Knowledge of the eastern region of Bahia, LEM, and surrounding areas.

Additional Information

  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight.
  • Hybrid work model: office in LEM and fieldwork, with flexibility for remote work.
