You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher inComputer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working withAzure cloud servicesfor data processing and analytics.
  • Strong proficiency inPythonfor data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
  • Solid knowledge ofSQLfor querying, data preparation, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience withPower BIfor building dashboards and delivering insights.
  • Ability to design and executedata-driven solutionsto support business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effectivecommunication skillsto explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • English proficiency (B2+), both written and spoken.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability.
  • Build and implementstatistical modelsandmachine learning algorithmsto generate insights and forecasts.
  • Design and maintainPower BI dashboardsto communicate data insights to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • LeverageAzure cloud servicesto manage and optimize data pipelines and analytical solutions.
  • Write and optimizeSQL queriesto extract, analyze, and transform large datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, business) to align data science solutions with organizational goals.
  • Translate business problems intodata science approachesand deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with emerging tools and methods indata science, cloud analytics, and visualization.
