TTS Data Business Associate

The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with centralized staffing office on contractor hiring requirements and partner with business managers to forecast monthly headcount
• Consolidate bi-weekly Resource Justification submission requests for 'time and materials' and 'fixed price' resources globally
• Interface with global Relationship Managers to ensure suppliers are consistent with resource and location strategy
• Submit approval/disapproval of funds requests for budget reports and analyze monthly department reports to maintain expenditure controls
• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations
• Complete compliance related activities and reporting
• Assist with real estate analytics and reporting
• Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation
• Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with databases and information management
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and Visualization Skills (Power B.I., Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Python)
• Teamwork,Interpersonal relationship, Ability to engage and drive other teams
• Fluent in both English and Spanish language

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Team Description:

As part of Platform Data Services team, Brazilian Data Analytics Team is responsible for improving Data Driven culture across TTS areas/products in Brazil, being focused on understanding and commercializing global/regional solutions, ensuring global strategy adoption in Brazil. In addition to that, the team is also responsible for connecting with regional/global peers, bringing ideas and improvements based on local best practices, seeking their expansion.

Role Description:

This position plays a key role as an enabler, ensuring correct understanding and commercialization of the Data strategies defined across the firm.

As part of Cluster Enablement team, you will:

• Work in partnership with global data team to map, understand and commercialize global/regional solution (models and tools)

• Document and provide necessary trainings for end users (such as Sales team, Product team, other Data team and etc)

• Explore the global Data Lake, validating, improving, and ingesting local Data

• Explore the global environment seeking to combine multiple tech solutions (API connector, Data lake, Visualization tools and etc..)

• Maintain the BAU activities, implement improvement on existing tools, improve user experience (UX), implement new tools/models/methods and Lead Campaigns (Data Driven Origination)

• Provide reports, structured analysis and presentations to senior management team (daily, weekly and monthly);

• Manage new projects (Data Quality, Dashboards, Tools and others);
