Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer (Remote Brazil | Temporary)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer to work on global projects using modern technologies across front-end and back-end layers. This is a 3 to 12-month contract, renewable based on project needs and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver machine learning solutions for clients.
  • Develop solutions for loosely defined business problems using pattern detection over complex datasets across multiple platforms.
  • Create automated, efficient processes for large-scale modeling.
  • Collaborate with a distributed team of skilled professionals.
  • Work on data acquisition, exploration, visualization, and tool development.
  • Maintain a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Requirements
  • Experience in data science and machine learning development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and libraries like scikit-learn.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms, processes, and platforms.
  • Experience with distributed cloud platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with container management and deployment frameworks such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, and MLFlow.
  • Software development experience from scoping to deployment in production environments.
