Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Recife, PE

Salary: To be negotiated

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  1. Complete higher education in Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  2. Desirable postgraduate education, either completed or in progress.
  3. Proven experience in hospital supplies.
  4. Availability to reside in Recife/PE.
  5. Skills in logistics operations, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  6. Leadership, analytical thinking, organization, results orientation, and a strong sense of urgency.
  7. Planning and managing the supply chain to ensure material availability.
  8. Large-scale procurement with focus on cost-benefit negotiation.
  9. Stock control to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  10. Development of suppliers and strategic partnerships.
  11. Defining and monitoring performance indicators for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  12. Team management and development, fostering a productive environment aligned with company goals.
