We are recruiting an SAP Project Manager to lead an international transformation project in SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment between business, IT, and partners, as well as the effective adoption of the implemented solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Availability to travel to Brazil (10–20%)
• Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, including Finance, Controlling, and Consolidation modules
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Experience in ERP transformation (brownfield, greenfield, hybrid)
• Competence in agile and waterfall methodologies
• Strong risk management, communication, and global team leadership skills
• Experience in stakeholder management (C-level, business leads, end users)

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA projects (brownfield, greenfield, or hybrid)
• Manage scope, deadlines, budget, and resources
• Oversee data migration, integrations, and cutover activities
• Coordinate SI partners, SAP, and third-party suppliers
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and lead steering committees
• Perform change impact analysis and requirements management with stakeholders
• Support OCM teams and ensure solution adoption
