OverviewCurrent Full-time Opportunities:
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Full-Time pay starts at $34–$35/hour (with shift differentials), with the opportunity to earn more based on experience
- 12-hour shifts with a bi-weekly rotation: Week 1 — work 3 days, 4 off; Week 2 — work 4 days, 3 off
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Full-time pay starts at $35/hour (with shift differential), with the opportunity to earn more based on experience

- Form bonds with residents, their loved ones and physicians to create care plans using critical thinking, a "big picture" outlook and good judgment.
- Coach co-workers to monitor and support residents' needs with urgency and responsiveness.
- Round with physicians, oversee orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care around the clock.
- Educate residents and their families about health and wellness issues relevant to the care plan.
- Serve as and share the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.
- LPN license in the state where employed.
- Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or other health care setting.
- Leadership skills and the ability to form relationships with residents, their loved ones and co-workers.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this role.
