Base pay range

ARS4,800,000.00/yr - ARS5,000,000.00/yr

This is a full-time role based in our Buenos Aires office (onsite). Our office is a mix of both Escrow.com and Freelancer.com staff. You'll be providing customer service and speaking with businesses from around the world and guiding them through the process of using our site and completing transactions. We are looking for a passionate individual who knows how to provide great customer support and loves contributing to clients' growth.

You'll be interacting with users on a daily basis but you will also get a chance to reach out to the community, helping to onboard new users and spreading the word about our awesome platform. A go-getter attitude will be key to succeed in this exciting role.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management - Provide great customer service at all times, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests, and providing customized solutions
  • Product Knowledge and Communication - Stay up-to-date with Escrow.com's products and services, educating users by effectively articulating complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users
  • Account Growth - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base, develop account growth strategies, and achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Issue Resolution - Identify transaction blockers and assist in unblocking them, working with internal teams to resolve any problems or disputes to the satisfaction of the client. Solve issues using a variety of different mediums, including email, chat and phone
  • Documentation and Compliance - Ensure and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Turn customer service into customer acquisition

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Exceptional English communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Be detail oriented and process driven.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Possesses excellent personal and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Has worked with KPIs or targets
  • Can work with minimal supervision and self-starter
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Nice-to-haves:
  • A degree/diploma in business/marketing/communications, or any related discipline
  • Interest in tech and the start up community
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales and/or support role, particularly experience working via phone, email and chat
  • Experience with web-based businesses
