Requirements
Must-haves
2+ years of back-end development experience
Expertise in Ruby on Rails
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
Experience with API development and integration
Strong understanding of back-end best practices and deployment pipelines
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves
Startup experience
Experience with Elasticsearch, Opensearch, Redis
Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
What you will work on
Design, develop, and maintain server-side functionality with Ruby on Rails
Build and maintain APIs, services, and data models
Optimize performance and scalability of applications
Ensure security and data integrity in back-end processes
