What kind of professional are we looking for? We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. What you need to have to apply

Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree. As a Contractor (PJ), you will have
