Job Description

Are you a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in someone's life? The Caring Connection is hiring experienced and entry-level in-home caregivers to provide non-medical home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities vary per client

  • Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Transportation or errands (if applicable)
  • Maintain accurate client notes and reports

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required – we provide training
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for certain shifts)
  • Must pass background check and provide references
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
