Salesforce Project Manager

We are looking for an organized and results-focused Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of Salesforce-related projects.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that project delivery aligns with business priorities. You will be responsible for managing implementations, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, deliverables, and scope in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
• Develop detailed project schedules, plans, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
• Oversee cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and QA specialists, to achieve project objectives
• Manage daily project activities, monitor progress, and address risks or challenges as they arise
• Serve as the primary contact for project communications, ensuring alignment between business teams and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
• Ensure project compliance with internal policies, data protection requirements, and Salesforce best practices
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and provide updates to stakeholders on progress
• Lead change management efforts and deliver training to facilitate the adoption of new Salesforce solutions
• Continuously refine project management processes and tools for improved efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience managing Salesforce projects with a proven record of success
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, or Coordinator, demonstrating strong team management skills
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more members
• Participation in a minimum of five full-cycle Salesforce projects or experience launching key product capabilities to market
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and functionalities
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies for project delivery
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure project success
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments
• Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written, to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP
• Hands-on experience with core Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or APIs for efficient system connectivity
• Understanding of data migration practices and change management strategies
