What kind of professional are we looking for? We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

- Collaborate with team members and engage with stakeholders as needed
- Must-haves:
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Living in Florianópolis – SC
- Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
- Strong communication skills
- Nice-to-haves:
- Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
- Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
- Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
- International experience
- Undergraduated degree
- Soft Skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
- Contract type: As Contractor (PJ)
- Compensation: R$2.5K (potential increase to R$5K after 6 months)
