What do I need to have to apply for this position?
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergratuated degree; Soft Skills: Proactivity, Problem-solving mindset, Clear and effective communication
