Summary:

As aSenior Full-Stack WordPress Developer you'll work on complex WordPress builds integrated with Salesforce and other enterprise tools. You'll collaborate with a stable, growth-oriented organization that values clean code, DevOps maturity, and front-end performance. You'll also contribute directly to projects where we've modernized the stack — migrating from Elementor toGreenShift, which is now our critical front-end framework.

Responsibilities & Priorities:

WordPress Development

• Buildcustom WordPress themes and pluginsfrom scratch — no reliance on page builders like Elementor
• Implementpixel-perfect, responsive websitesfrom Figma/Adobe XD designs
• Developcustom post types, taxonomies, and field structures
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and SEO
• UseGreenShiftblocks and tools as the core of the on-page stack

Integration & Technical Leadership

• Architect and implementSalesforce REST API integrations(forms, data sync, automation)
• Build and maintainREST API connectionsto third-party systems
• Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD and testing workflows
• Troubleshoot complex WordPress issues across frontend and backend
• Maintain a high-quality codebase withunit and end-to-end testsusingPlaywright + Jest

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate viaConfluence,JIRA, and GitHub
• Participate inAgile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Document technical decisions and maintain repo hygiene
• Contribute to knowledge sharing andmentor junior developers

Technical Experience

• 8+ years of professional WordPress development experience
• Strong portfolio ofcustom WordPress builds(please include)
• Demonstrated experience integrating WordPress withSalesforce REST APIs
• Expert-level skills inPHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Deep familiarity with theWordPress REST API, custom post types, and ACF
• Must-have:Hands-on experience withGitHub Actionsand modern CI/CD for WordPress
• Experience withPlaywright in Jestfor automated testing
• Comfortable with Git, npm, webpack, and modular dev practices

• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Self-starter with an ownership mindset
• Availability during coreEST hours (9 AM – 6 PM)with some flexibility
• High attention to detail, quality-focused
• Comfortable in an Agile team environment
