Our team in Brazil is growing, and we are currently recruiting for a Hydrogeologist Engineer, Junior to join our Earth & Environment Business line in Belo Horizonte - MG.

About The Role
  • Develop conceptual and numerical hydrogeological models, hydrogeotechnical studies, slope stability analysis, hydrogeochemical studies, water balance assessments, and prepare technical reports related to water resources, climate change studies, water monitoring plans, mine closure studies, etc.
  • Conduct various fieldwork activities related to the area.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields (active professional license - CREA - required)
  • Experience in consultancy projects in hydrogeology, geotechnics, and water resources for mining operations
  • Knowledge of hydrogeological modeling software (e.g., Modflow, Feflow, GW Vistas) and geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog)
  • Experience in database development and management
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) and R, with a proactive approach to innovation considered an asset
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
