Responsibilities
  • Participate in hiring and talent hunting activities and support people operations and administrative processes.
  • Communicate with clients when needed to align on business needs.
  • Operate with autonomy, focusing on problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Contribute in a dynamic environment and be proactive in learning and growth.
Requirements
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC.
  • Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work.
  • Strong communication skills.
Nice to have
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups.
  • International experience.
  • Undergraduated degree.
  • Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
Offer and Benefits
  • As a Contractor (PJ), compensation: R$2.5K, with potential increase to R$5k after 6 months.
