Job Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on usability, quality, and features.
  2. Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery deadlines.
  3. Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices.
  4. Contribute to technical documentation and automated build/deployment processes to increase engineering efficiency.
Must Have
  • Proven experience in technical end-to-end product ownership and meeting deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java).
  • High proficiency in Typescript.
  • Experience with contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools.
  • Knowledge of or experience with microservices architecture.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to Have
  • Experience building software in the cloud.
  • AI-assisted development experience with tools like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar.
